A. If you have a home warranty, we will provide service, but will bill you directly - not the warranty provider. You will be responsible for getting reimbursed by your home warranty company. Unfortunately, our experience has been that there are too many misunderstandings between homeowners and warranty providers concerning what is covered so we no longer work with them. We apologize for any inconvenience.
